we cleaned for
more than an hour last night

means
warm feelings

greet what
may break anticipation’s

code

hope

of course
is swollen

and the waters
do not

give way

*

these balloons
have been deflated

the oars
work perfectly great

with
little complaint

the horizon
drives

equalizes
success
